ADDITIONAL NOTES

Pool heating
is charged extra at UK£100 or US$150
per week. Spa heating is FREE.
Pool Heat is OPTIONAL but recommended between the months of October
through to May.
Free use of the Infant's Cot, High Chair,
Stroller and Bar-B-Que.
For bookings of less than 7 nights a cleaning fee is charged of
UK£75 or US$100.
Rates vary according to season and include all taxes.
You can start and end your vacation on any day of the week at no
additional charge. Take full advantage of midweek travel prices!

We accept payment by cheques in UK£ sterling or US$ dollars. We can
accept payments by credit card (charged in $US) but this may attract
an administration fee.
Discounts maybe available to guests booking more than 14 nights, please
contact us for further details.
Additional services are available at a reasonable cost. These
include, welcome pack, mid stay clean, meet and greet at the
airport.
These costs are payable to our local management team.
Pool Heating:
Kindly note, the pool and spa is fitted with a heater that is capable of heating the pool and spa to a more than satisfactory
temperature under normal circumstances. While we would
recommend that you heat the pool and spa in the winter, we must draw to your
attention the fact that temperatures in the winter can be near to
freezing at night and in the
50ºf/20ºc during the day. Clearly pool
and spa temperatures cannot be maintained in the
80ºf/28ºc
in such
circumstances. If the heating unit is not used a refund of the
heating charges cannot be
entertained.
